Origins

The Baking Chemist began with a small family in Subang Jaya, selling pineapple tarts with a browned butter base in early 2024.

Since then we adapted the browned butter recipe into our series of cookies, which has a resemblance to the English style butter cookies we enjoyed.

Purpose

Growing up, our family had always enjoyed desserts like connoisseurs. From baking cakes to cookies for New Years, which we believe brings people closer together.
